Job Description
Chief of Staff (Portfolio) to Members of the Downing Capital Group team, a new venture involving private equity and VC capital. The role focuses on leading cross-functional teams, guiding strategic initiatives, and supporting the CEO and founding team. This is a proactive, entrepreneurial role leading core organizational efficiencies and promoting a positive culture.
Requirements
- Solid years of experience at a startup, private equity, hedge fund, or venture capital firm
- Outstanding academic credentials with a bachelor's or master’s/MBA degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proactive approach to solving problems
