We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to ensure the uninterrupted and secure operation of our terminal operations by effectively managing our IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT (helpdesk experience is an advantage)
- Experience with LAN, WAN, VLAN, and wireless security
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and firewall/network security applications
- Knowledge and experience with IP telephony, cabling, and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Good command of English
- Willingness to work in shifts
