IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to maintain daily IT operations, resolve system issues, and support infrastructure in coordination with vendors.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure and support experience in an organization of similar complexity
• Strong experience in Network and server administration, Virtualized server environments, Microsoft 365 administration, Firewall and security support
• Coding and programming experience, including C#, with ability to troubleshoot production environments
• Experience supporting legacy systems in live environments
• Strong coordination experience working with external IT vendors
• Fluent in spoken and written English with clear communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to respond quickly to operational issues
