TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to internal customers and ensure quality service in accordance with departmental standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 1 year minimum experience
- Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course
- Knowledge of I.T. systems and equipment
- Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written
