Job Description
IT Support Specialist at TaskUs: provide technical assistance and support to internal customers, ensure quality service, and provide positive customer service orientation. The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience, a Bachelor's degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and excellent English communication skills. Adaptability to changing work schedules and working hours is also required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year minimum experience
- Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course
- Knowledge of I.T. systems and equipment as well as their installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair
- Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written
- Good time and project management skill
- Above-average problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours
- Excellent customer orientation and interpersonal, customer care skills
