DP World is recruiting for a Manager – Corporate Governance & Assistant Company Secretary to join our team at our European Head Office in London. This role provides hands-on support across corporate governance, company secretarial, and regulatory activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Law, or a related discipline (preferred)
- 5–7 years’ experience in a corporate governance, company secretarial, or legal environment within a multinational organisation or law firm
- Membership of the Chartered Governance Institute (or equivalent) is desirable
- Strong working knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and company secretarial practices
- Experience with corporate data management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
