• Responsibility for a smooth operation in the subordinate logistics area
• Leadership, guidance, and training of directly subordinate employees
• Personnel planning, vacation and attendance regulations
• Monitoring of goal achievement, adherence to work instructions, and QM system
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, safety, and fire protection
• Customer communication and handling of complaints
• Planning and implementation of inventory
• Analysis and solution of problems, as well as continuous process optimization
