We are seeking a Controlling Team Leader to shape controlling across borders, drive modern systems forward, and bring experience with Oracle Fusion. The role involves development and control of controlling for several countries, building efficient planning, analysis, and reporting processes, and leadership and development of a team of 2 controllers.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in controlling/accounting, including first leadership experience
- Comprehensive Oracle Fusion experience
- Good IFRS knowledge (HGB nice to have)
- Strong data affinity and secure handling of ERP/BI systems
- Ability to break down complex topics in a way that is easy to understand
- Proactive, structured, team-oriented, and solution-oriented
- Very good German and English language skills (both languages at least C1)
- Travel readiness
