Job Description
The Head of Controlling role is a senior position that combines operational controlling, international responsibility, and the development of modern finance structures. The successful candidate will lead a small team, optimize ERP processes, and work closely with senior management.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in controlling or accounting, ideally at a senior level
- Initial experience in professional leadership
- Hands-on experience with analysis, booking, preparation, presentation, and leadership of complex monthly closings
- Oracle Fusion knowledge is a plus
- Very good IFRS knowledge (HGB a plus)
- Strong data affinity and ability to break down complex topics clearly
- Ability to mediate between operational teams, accounting, finance, and management
