Technical Superintendent

The Technical Superintendent is responsible for the overall management of vessels, ensuring they are safely, efficiently, and economically operated and compliant with regulations. This role involves overseeing daily maintenance, budget control, surveys, inspections, and docking procedures. They also ensure accurate documentation and liaison with various departments for maintenance and repair.

Requirements

• Unlimited STCW ‘95 Chief Engineer’s license (Motor) sea going vessels
• Engineering degree/diploma in mechanics/electromechanical engineering
• Proficiency in vessel maintenance, repair, and inspection
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Understanding of Class and statutory regulations
