Technical Superintendent

This Technical Superintendent role focuses on maintaining the company's database, monitoring maintenance schedules, performing analysis of data for maintenance decisions, and managing the condition-based maintenance program for vessels. The position involves leading a team, implementing root cause analyses, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

Requirements

• Unlimited STCW ’95 Chief Engineer’s license (Motor) seagoing vessels
• Engineering degree/diploma in mechanical/electromechanical engineering
• CAT 1 Vibration analysis/reliability qualification (CAT 2 Preferred)
• Knowledge and working experience of marine planned maintenance systems (ABS Nautical Systems preferred)
• Experience of reliability engineering in a marine environment min 5 years
• Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-developed negotiation skills
• Good Business Instincts
• Highly organized, accurate and detail-oriented
