DP World is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Mošnov, Czech Republic. The role ensures reliable IT operations across the site while supporting global DP World plants through high-quality first and second level technical support.
Requirements
- Provide first and second level support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and barcode scanners.
- Deliver diagnostic support for desktops, WAN, LAN, and servers in collaboration with System and Network Engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate site-specific documentation for networks, servers, and end-user devices.
- Create and update work instructions, ensuring proper formatting and storage.
- Participate in the global on-call rotation and respond to alerts within required timeframes.
- Monitor and act on service desk notifications, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support onsite activities such as new site launches, server upgrades, and network refresh projects.
