Technology Support Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Technology Support Specialist to join our Technology & Information Services team at Latham & Watkins. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for solving problems related to desktop, laptop, and remote computing, and supporting desktop and laptop systems, hardware, and individual services.

Requirements

• Knowledge of standard hardware components and peripherals
• Well-developed analytical skills to efficiently solve problems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or comparable qualification
• Experience in technical support for PC hardware and software
• Skilled in working with remote communication hardware
