Senior VDC Engineer

DPR Construction seeks a Senior Virtual Design & Construction Engineer to support project BIM coordination, VDC implementation, and construction technology deployment across the Raleigh-Durham region. The ideal candidate will have experience with Autodesk Navisworks, Revit, and other construction technology platforms.

Requirements

• Support project setup for 3D trade coordination, site logistical planning, and 4D sequencing
• Aid and support training in various software packages
• Administer and support VDC coordination kick-off meeting and subsequent meetings
• Configure project site to host BIM data or other equitable platforms
• Support setup of VDC field equipment and software
• Perform VDC work and support project personnel in VDC processes
• Provide support for VDC services where applicable
• Assist VDC Manager in developing project-specific VDC strategies
• Support implementation of project-specific VDC strategy and VDC initiatives
• Project specific leadership and mentoring for VDC and related technology fields
• Manage on-site construction team efforts in the implementation of VDC applications and processes
