Requirements

• Mentor and manage Structural Designers I, Structural Designers II, Structural Design Engineers, and Structural Project Engineers.
• Assist in the management and production of drawings, specifications, and calculations during a project’s design phase life cycle from conceptual design to completion of construction documents.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of engineering deliverables.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering technical support, resolving complex engineering issues, and providing guidance on innovative solutions and emerging technologies.
