Job Description
We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join our internal DQS team. The Finance Assistant will ensure the correct execution and control of the company's accounting and tax processes, contributing to the reliability of financial information, compliance with regulations and correct development of monthly and annual closings and audits.
Requirements
- General accounting management (entry of entries, bank reconciliations, control of accounts)
- Support in monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes
- Elaboration and revision of basic financial reports
- Control and follow-up of invoicing, payments and collections
- Coordination with external accountants for tax presentation (IVA, SII, IS, IRPF, etc.)
- Support in the preparation of the accounting and tax audit
- Relationship with Public Administrations and official bodies
