Join Henley & Partners as a Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role preferred
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
