Job Description
Join Henley & Partners as the Finance Manager in Panama to support the Americas Head of Finance in driving regional financial planning, reporting, and performance visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, reporting, or business analytics; regional or multinational experience strongly preferred.
- Expertise in forecasting, KPIs, dashboards, and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, data visualization tools, and financial systems (Sun Systems is a plus).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong ownership of deliverables.
- Experience in automation, process improvement, or workflow optimization is a strong advantage.
