International DTC Strategy Manager

Dr. Squatch is seeking an International DTC Strategy Manager to drive growth across non-US Shopify storefronts. The role will involve developing and executing the international DTC strategy, analyzing performance, and making recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce, DTC growth, or strategy roles (CPG experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Shopify, site operations, and ecommerce fundamentals
• Experience improving conversion rate and building customer journeys
• Strong analytical skills, able to turn performance data into clear actions
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics/GA4, testing tools, and site optimization
• Strategic thinker who can execute end-to-end and move fast
• Excellent cross-functional communicator with high ownership and bias to action
