Job Description
We are looking for a Corporate Finance / M&A Project Leader to join our team and independently steer transactions and accompany clients through the process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in M&A, Corporate Finance, or a related field, with excellent communication skills in German and English.
Requirements
- Comprehensive leadership of M&A processes
- Direct point of contact for entrepreneurs, shareholders, and investors
- Identification and contact with companies
- Creation of company and market analyses
- Structuring and evaluation of business models
- Creation of marketing documents
- Control and accompaniment of Due Diligence processes
- Preparation and accompaniment of negotiations
- Support in sales activities and acquisition of new clients
