DraftKings is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Gaming Regulations to provide strategic legal guidance across the business and support the growth and integrity of regulated gaming products.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant legal experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or state or federal regulatory or enforcement agency.
• A Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Experience reviewing, interpreting, and applying statutes, regulations, and regulatory guidance in a practical business environment.
