Regulatory Compliance Manager

At DraftKings, Regulatory Compliance Manager is a high-impact individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of regulatory reporting, requirement interpretation, and regulator engagement. You’ll operate at the intersection of Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations—translating complex, evolving regulations into clear, actionable processes and ensuring we meet deadlines across a multi-state environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or a related function within a highly regulated industry
• Legal training or experience as a practicing attorney is preferred
• Demonstrated experience interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into operational processes
• Experience managing reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory bodies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while operating independently in a fast-paced evolving environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regulators and senior stakeholders
