Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Juris Doctor or Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
• 7-12 years of state insurance regulation in highly regulated lines of business, consumer-facing compliance preferred
• Proven leadership experience with ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to synthesize complex regulatory requirements into practical business guidance and processes
