Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for leading the HR function, overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, associate relations, training and development, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
