Job Description
The Drift on Lake Wylie & Charlotte Prime is seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join their team. The role involves preparing high-quality food, assisting in all kitchen functions, and ensuring excellent customer service in an upscale lakeside dining environment. Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience as a line cook or prep cook
- Experience with fresh products preferred
- Must be able to lift, handle, carry food, smallwares, equipment, supplies and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat regularly
- Must be able to distinguish between flavors, spices, temperatures, mouth feel, and smell for food and beverage products
- Must be able to work in extreme cold temperatures and high heat
- Use of cut gloves as required by the company
- Maintain good grooming habits
