DriveWealth is a global B2B financial technology organization seeking a Technical Recruiter to contribute to their engineering and product hiring strategy. The successful candidate will attract, assess, and close top technical talent who can deliver on the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 YOE recruiting for an Engineering/Tech Division in Financial Services, tech, or an agency
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant experience
- Experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- Experience of identifying and proactively engaging with engineering talent
- Knowledge of the financial services/technology industry
- Solid communication and relationship management skills; strong negotiation skills; ability to develop internal and external relationships; ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to build networks quickly
- Strong understanding of an end-to-end recruitment and the ability to manage across multiple teams
- Ability to work effectively within and across teams
- Comfortable in a fast environment, handling multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on quality
- A track record of ownership and disciplined execution in high-stakes environments
- The ability to prioritize ruthlessly, focussing on what’s critical versus important to drive work to completion
- A client-oriented mindset with an understanding of how your work impacts partners
- Strength in cross-functional partnership with the judgment to coordinate across multiple teams
- A bias toward transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in everything you do
