Operations Coordinator (EU)

DroneShield is seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support logistics, project coordination, office administration, and inventory management in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Requirements

• Manage and support logistical activities
• Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, internal stakeholders, and Export Control teams
• Manage the general day to day administration tasks around the office
• Assist in the planning and execution of customer deliveries, demonstrations, trade shows, testing activities, and operational readiness initiatives
• Track tasks, documentation, and timelines to support successful project delivery and operational execution
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Track and manage assets
