Options Trading Systems Engineer

DRW is seeking a Trading Systems Engineer to provide high performance, mission-critical support for their proprietary trading systems, maintain a healthy trading environment, and contribute to scalable, efficient, and performant systems. The role involves collaborating with traders, researchers, and developers to ensure smooth operations and optimize trading strategies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years working trade support, site reliability engineering or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field, ideally computer engineering related
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and common network troubleshooting tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
