Senior Software Engineer - Trading Systems (C++)

DRW is a diversified trading firm seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate high-performance trading systems. The role involves working collaboratively with technologists, quantitative researchers, and traders to solve challenging technical problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building high-availability, performance-critical server-side systems
• 3+ years of experience with modern C++ (C++14 / 17 / 20)
• Deep experience with multi-threaded programming, concurrency, and low-level performance tuning
• Strong understanding of hardware–software interaction (CPU architecture, memory, networking)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
