Job Description
DRW is a diversified trading firm seeking a Senior Trade Support Engineer to exercise their skills and help solve complex technical problems. The position involves maintaining the health and availability of a world-class trading ecosystem, responding to support requests, and liaising with external trading partners.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in trade support, site reliability engineering, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common network troubleshooting tools
- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets
- Experience working in a production Kubernetes environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while working alongside traders, developers, and other engineering teams
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
