Senior UX Designer (Algorithmic Trading)

DRW is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of the next generation of user interfaces for its algorithmic trading team. The role involves designing user interfaces that clearly surface critical real-time information and enable rapid assessments of automated trading systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design
• Proficiency with Figma or other similar industry standard design tools
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations
• Proven ability to work independently and drive complex, ambiguous projects to completion with minimal oversight
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, results-focused approach
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and trade-offs, balancing user desirability, technical feasibility, and business impact
