Team Lead, Data Engineering

DRW is a diversified trading firm that values autonomy and innovation. The Data Ecosystem team builds the platform capabilities that power thousands of batch and streaming pipelines across DRW. As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of Data Engineers to craft the architecture of DRW's data platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading engineers in a technical environment
• 5+ years of experience working with modern data technologies
• Familiarity with data modeling practices, storage systems, and compute frameworks common to modern data engineering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance and negotiate requests across multiple stakeholders
