Ethics and Compliance Specialist

We have a fabulous opportunity for a general compliance expert to join our team as an Ethics & Compliance Specialist. In this key role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Global Ethics & Compliance Office, acting as a vital resource for the enterprise and assisting in the oversight of ethics initiatives and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area with demonstrable experience in a Legal or Compliance environment
• Experience of Project Management in a similar complex, matrix environment
• Solid understanding of compliance principles, with the ability to learn and manage case management systems and disclosure workflows
• Strong writing and research skills, with the ability to draft clear policies and engage effectively with stakeholders across different functions
• Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with diplomacy and sound judgment
