Job Description
The Ethics & Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting H.B. Fuller’s strong culture of ethics and compliance. This position will have global responsibility across H.B. Fuller’s company-wide Ethics & Compliance program and will work cross-functionally to manage and develop a program that meets the needs of a dynamic, growing company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in ethics and compliance, internal audit or legal function
- Subject-matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: anti-corruption and FCPA, third-party compliance, fraud and corporate crime, cyber-security, data privacy and/or trade compliance
