Robert Half is hiring a Manager, Ethics & Compliance to join the Legal department. The Manager E&C will be accountable for supporting the execution of compliance reviews and initiatives within Robert Half.
Requirements
- Manage and lead all aspects of the Robert Half's Ethics & Compliance Program
- Develop annual compliance and risk assessment plans
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of analytical methodologies
- Build relationships with regional and global compliance leaders
- Make recommendations for the development and maturity stages of the Compliance Program
- Respond to inquiries concerning the Compliance Program
- Interact with Legal, Corporate Communications, Finance, Human Resources, and business leadership
