Manager Ethics & Compliance

Robert Half is hiring a Manager, Ethics & Compliance to join the Legal department. The Manager E&C will be accountable for supporting the execution of compliance reviews and initiatives within Robert Half.

Requirements

• Manage and lead all aspects of the Robert Half's Ethics & Compliance Program
• Develop annual compliance and risk assessment plans
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of analytical methodologies
• Build relationships with regional and global compliance leaders
• Make recommendations for the development and maturity stages of the Compliance Program
• Respond to inquiries concerning the Compliance Program
• Interact with Legal, Corporate Communications, Finance, Human Resources, and business leadership
