dSign Systems GmbH is looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and meticulous team player to provide 2nd-level support in system administration for its growing IT team. The role involves conducting thorough error analysis, independent analysis and solution of complex tickets, and customer care in complex technical questions.
Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge in IT system administration and database management
- Fundamental knowledge in error analysis and debugging (databases and code)
- Very good German knowledge in speech and writing as well as good English skills
