Programmatic Trading Manager

We’re looking for a Programmatic Trading Manager to join our team for the 2026 election cycle. The Programmatic Trading Manager oversees Associates and Senior Associates while managing mid-to-large client campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 4+ years of experience with hands-on management of digital media. Roles in the political or public affairs space are preferred.
• Experience with DSPs, ad-serving platforms, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with a razor-like attention to detail.
• Relevant project management experience required, along with demonstrated ability to manage teams of two or more.
• Experience managing remote staff is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
