Requirements
- Strong experience leading projects or programmes
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Curious, improvement-focused mindset with ability to lead and develop teams
- Degree/master's degree in engineering or business-related field
- Experience in management consulting with exposure to transformation, culture change, operational risk management, and/or operational excellence
- Ability to manage diverse and remote teams
- Experience managing complex transformation projects from design to implementation
- Deep understanding of operational issues in industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, Transport, or Food & Beverage
- Strong subject-matter knowledge in safety, HumEx, and/or operational excellence
- Excellent communication, leadership, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent Dutch and English communication skills
