Operational Excellence Consultant

Role Overview

Operational Excellence Consultant will lead end-to-end improvement initiatives, working closely with business owners to identify inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions. The role integrates Process Management, Artificial Intelligence, and Inhouse Consulting to drive cross-functional improvement across the organization.

What You Will Do

On a day-to-day basis, you will lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement initiatives, act as an inhouse consultant, identify and support the pragmatic use of automation and Artificial Intelligence, and apply structured problem-solving methods to develop pragmatic and scalable solutions.

We are looking for a strong background in Operational Excellence, Inhouse Consulting, Management Consulting, or Process Management, with experience in industrial (and/or) commercial insurance and leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements

• Strong background in Operational Excellence, Inhouse Consulting, Management Consulting, or Process Management
• Experience in industrial (and/or) commercial insurance
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Solid hard skills in process optimization, structured problem-solving and stakeholder management
