Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Application Support Engineer to join our team at DTCC. The successful candidate will have strong understanding of application support and SRE principles, experience working in Linux and Windows environments, and familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Grafana.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of application support and SRE principles
- Experience working in Linux and Windows environments
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Grafana
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with ITSM and operational tooling (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident, problem, and change management
- Familiarity with job scheduling, containerized platforms, and modern application environments
- Understanding of security fundamentals
- Exposure to capital markets and financial industry
- Experience in handling issues related to AWS and associated services
