Job Description
DTCC is seeking a Lead Application Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing solutions in FIS Integrity and ATS applications, resolving critical application alerts, and collaborating with internal teams to provide technical support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Fluid in FIS Integrity application functionality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work directly with Treasury end users and translate loose requirements into Integrity-based functional solutions
- Understanding of ISO20022 standards as relates to Statements and Payments
- Understanding of software development lifecycle including understanding of Testing Strategy and Test Script development
- Ability to write SQL queries a plus
- Knowledge of ATS & Echos preferred, with ATS expertise a plus
- Crystal Reports knowledge a plus
