Job Description
LDRM is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide guidance and support to supervisors and management in a customer service-focused environment within a union setting. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong understanding of EEO, ADA, and OFCCP requirements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools
- Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and OFCCP requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast-paced work culture
- Strong understanding of the recruiting aspects involved in the Government proposal environment as well as with unions
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Government contracting experience
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation, including credit and criminal checks
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government background investigation/clearance
