This PhD scholarship is part of the MICROSUNSET MSCA Doctoral Network on micronutrients in sustainable and nutritious diet at DTU Food. The research focuses on developing and applying advanced analytical chemistry methodologies to study mineral binding and accessibility in plant-based foods.

Requirements

• Two-year master's degree in Food Technology or a similar degree at the equivalent academic level
• Hands-on experience with analytical equipment such as HPLC, ICP-MS, and LC-MS
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience with international collaboration and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
