Job Description
This PhD scholarship is part of a MSCA Doctoral Network on micronutrients in sustainable and nutritious diet. The successful candidate will investigate vitamin D bioaccessibility, biofortification strategies, and integration into future dietary intake estimates.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Food and Nutritional Science or similar
- Hands-on experience with analytical equipment
- Knowledge about nutrition
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience with international collaboration
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
