DTU National Food Institute is seeking a PhD candidate to work on an ambitious research project to achieve improved biocircularity. The project involves collection of data in the field and at abattoirs, and use of data from registers and literature. The candidate will also contribute to development tasks related to the modernization of data management, including automatization of the National and European reporting of zoonotic and antimicrobial resistant agents.
