Job Description
DTU National Food Institute is seeking a PhD candidate to work on a research project to modernize food inspection with AI and digital technologies. The candidate will collect data, apply AI models, and conduct statistical analyses. The work will involve cooperation with European partners and development of national and European reporting of zoonotic and antimicrobial resistant agents.
Requirements
- Background in engineering within food science or veterinary education
- Skills in large language modeling for Generative/Agent AI modeling
- Previous work experience with National food surveillance data is an advantage
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
- Advantage to speak and write Danish fluently
