Job Description
DTU National Food Institute is seeking a Postdoc to contribute to advance the food inspection with AI and new digital technologies. The successful candidate will work on a research project to modernize monitoring and control of food producing animals and food, with a focus on large language modelling and Generative/Agent AI modelling.
Requirements
- PhD degree within food engineering, food science, veterinarian science, epidemiology, biotechnology, biology, or similar
- Background in engineering within food science or veterinary education
- Highly skilled in large language modelling
- Fluency in English and Danish (spoken and written)
- Previous work experience with National food surveillance data is an advantage
