A&R

Duetti is a music fintech company that provides financing options for artists. As an A&R at Duetti, you will engage with artists and their teams to provide new and transparent financing options, and partner with cross-functional teams to close deals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in an artist-facing position at a management company, record label or other music company
• Ability to navigate a high volume of new opportunities in a timely, organized and professional manner
• A passion and deep interest for the music industry, with an ability to quickly interpret deal structures and generate creative solutions to close deals
• Proven attention to detail, strong work ethic and enthusiasm for working in an early stage start-up environment which requires “self starters” and problem solvers.
• A high degree of organization, and an ability to juggle a large number of deals at once.
• Ability to lead, collaborate and work autonomously in a dynamic start-up team environment with a positive can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in music, media or related field
