As the LA Studio Manager, you will serve as Executive Assistant to the COO and Office & Studio Manager for the Los Angeles office and in-house studio, managing day-to-day operations and providing a welcoming environment for studio sessions. Requirements
- Executive Support to COO
- Manage and optimize the COO’s calendar
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings
- Track action items and help ensure follow-through on key priorities
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Office Management (Los Angeles)
- Main point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors
- Own day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate cleaners, building management, and contractors
- Support LA team meetings, events, and offsite
- Ensure the office is organized, welcoming, and productive
- Studio Management & Reception
- Serve as studio receptionist and host for artists, partners, and internal teams
- Manage studio bookings and calendar
- Coordinate basic session logistics
- Maintain a clean, professional studio and flag equipment or technical issues
