CUSTOMER CARE AGENT

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Customer Care Agent to support delivery recovery and customer communication across Fulfillment Centers. The role involves managing a demanding multi-channel workload, handling hot delivery recoveries, and providing elevated service for VIP customers.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US
• At least 18 years old
• 1-2 years' experience in fast-paced environments, bilingual preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with chat, phone and email support, including proficient in computer systems and programs
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
